We arrived early on a Friday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. Although the kitchen didn't open until 5 p.m., we were seated at a table and relaxed with some martinis. The chocolate martini was decadent, with a blend of vodka, dark creme de cacao, and Bailey's Irish cream. The Perfect Sky was a refreshing mixture of raspberry vodka, peach schnapps, lime juice and a splash of ginger ale. The pasta dish was extraordinarily delicious, featuring a braised beef ravioli drenched in a creamy champagne sauce, and lightly topped with roasted red peppers and peas. Our servers were very pleasant, and the atmosphere was relaxed, with light music diffused throughout the dining room. Sambuca Grille is definitely an establishment to visit for a great dining experience. ”
